Dr. D. Rob Haley is the President and CEO of StrategyGen Co., a government contractor with a focus on health care strategy and solutions.
With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Haley has a background in leading innovative projects for federal and state agencies as well as commercial organizations.
He holds a PhD in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Haley's expertise includes regulatory and policy assistance, quality and cost improvement, data analytics and market research, and education and technical assistance.
He has been a trusted advisor to business and government leaders on strategic initiatives such as health care reform and quality management.
At the University of North Florida, Dr. Haley serves as a tenured professor and director of the Health Administration Program, where he mentors graduate and undergraduate students.
His mission is to enhance the health care industry by leveraging his subject matter expertise and working with his team at StrategyGen Co.
