Cyrus Rajabi is an experienced business attorney and philanthropist based in Colorado. With a strong passion for his work, he has dedicated his career to providing high-quality legal services to businesses and individuals, specializing in securities and finance law, corporate law, and real estate transactions and development.

Cyrus has an impressive educational background, having studied Juris Doctorate at both the University of Colorado School of Law and Duke University School of Law, as well as Operations Management at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. He is also a certified EMT-B / IV / EKG and has completed emergency medicine and fire science courses at Lifeline HSE St. Anthony's Hospital EMS Institute / NWFD / AFPD.

In addition to his legal practice, Cyrus is an equity holder in various business entities and real estate developments. He is also passionate about giving back to his community and has served as President of the Cyrus Rajabi Foundation, Inc. / Team Hope Charity, as well as an Associate Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.

Currently, Cyrus serves as a Shareholder and Attorney at Law at Jones & Keller PC, a highly respected law firm in Colorado with a history dating back to 1936.
