Cyrice Griffith, a seasoned senior leader and consultant, has an extensive background in program development, implementation, and management across various non-profits in Los Angeles area, such as cultural, entertainment, and K-12 education. Along with this, she also worked at the University of Southern California. One of the notable things about her is that she is a passionate advocate and liaison for workplace diversity and equality at all levels.

During her career, she has proved her expertise as program director, developing strategic partnerships for student experiential career learning, which has helped grow innovative programs and capacities across the region. She has also been entrusted to envision, launch, manage, and bring to scale various high-impact strategic initiatives designed to grow audience, cultivate industry relationships and partnerships, and manage governance.

Cyrice's professional background makes her well-versed in project/program strategy and implementation, managing and motivating others, systems-thinking, public speaking, administrative logistics, event management, volunteer management, budget oversight, and community engagement, among other skills. She is also an alumna of Leadership California and a Mayoral Appointee as a National Fellow.
