Cynthia Verzellesi is a pedagogue and mother with a passion for outdoor activities since childhood, engaging in sports like Diving, Sport Climbing, Speleology, Canyoning, Trekking, Hiking, Canoeing, and Mountain Biking.
Throughout her career, Cynthia has been involved in various ventures, including the establishment of Customer Service at Microsoft in 1991, shortly after the company's inception in the country. She later transitioned to setting up climbing walls at sports events to promote the sport.
In 1994, she co-founded the first climbing gym in Latin America, 90 Graus, in São Paulo. A year later, Cynthia became the first civilian to complete the Polícia Militar's (CSALT) High Angle Rescue training course with the State Fire Department.
In 1998, she opened Gravidade Zero, a climbing gym in Cotia - SP, offering circus arts, martial arts, and dance classes. Cynthia also spent over a decade at Conquistar Treinamento, where she was involved in training activities, game customization, international coordination, technical material translation, sales support, and commercial consulting.
Having extensive experience in Customer Service and Education, Cynthia returned to the education sector as a Bilingual Coordination Assistant at Maple Bear Granja Viana. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from the Santo Amaro University (Unisa) and completed her elementary and high school education at Colégio Gávea.
