Cynthia Pelayo is a highly educated professional with a diverse background spanning various areas of study. She studied at some of the most prestigious institutions, including The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Roosevelt University, and Columbia College Chicago. Pelayo holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.), a Master of Science (M.Sc.), and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).

Pelayo is currently the Director of the Ipsos Global Reputation Centre at Ipsos, where she is responsible for the management and growth of the Centre's reputation research programs. She also previously served as a Part-Time Faculty and Program Mentor for the Low-Residency Mfa Program at The Art Institute Of Chicago.
