With a background in international relations, policy, and finance, Cynthia leverages her expertise in leadership development to advise individuals and companies on navigating the changing landscape of the workforce.

She conducts workshops on topics like 'Tough Conversation in the Workforce', 'Career Management for POC', and 'Negotiations 101', facilitating dialogue and preparing professionals for future challenges.

Cynthia's dedication extends to supporting women's networks like the Cheeky Monkey Club, serving on the board of Girls Inc., and running a makerspace in her basement studio.

She holds a Master's in Public Policy and International Relations from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Georgetown University.
