    Cynthia's leadership extends to her involvement in multiple organizations, including Chair of the Leadership Rochester Board, member of United Way's Women United, and the Rochester Music Hall of Fame Board.

    Her past roles include serving as Chair of the CCSI Board of Directors, president of the Henrietta Chamber of Commerce, and various leadership positions within United Way of Greater Rochester and the Women's Council of the Rochester Business Alliance.
