In this role, she focused primarily on financial modeling, asset management, and portfolio analysis. Later she shifted her focus to the marketing sector, serving as the Marketing Manager for over three years at Levain Bakery. In this role, she gained valuable experience in brand strategy, product development, and social media marketing.
After this, Cynthia served for almost two years as the Chief Operating Officer at Mented Cosmetics, where she helped drive growth and success for the company by developing long-term strategies focused on innovation and sustainability. Her experience in entrepreneurship enabled her to understand the nuances of managing a VC-backed start-up.
At HBCUvc, Cynthia Dixon serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships.
