Cynthia Adams

Cynthia Adams is a highly accomplished legal professional with a strong background in regulatory, litigation, and employment law.

She holds a J.D., Cum Laude from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from The College of William and Mary.

Currently, Cynthia serves as the Managing Director & General Counsel for Regulatory, Litigation & Employment at Jefferies.

Prior to her role at Jefferies, she worked at prestigious organizations such as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, Citi Global Wealth Management, WilmerHale, and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Cynthia's experience also includes serving as a Law Clerk for the Hon. Emmet G. Sullivan at the U.S. District Court, Washington, D.C.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated expertise in securities practice, client litigation, and enforcement law, making her a valuable asset in the legal industry.
