With a Bachelor's degree in Physics from National Chung Cheng University, Wu has spent the majority of their professional career in various IT management roles, including Technical Director & Consultant at Kadokawa Taiwan, CIO at Artogy Digital Content, and CIO and CTO at NextMedia Animation and Interactive, respectively. They also served as IT Manager at PChome Online and Senior Engineer at GenieNRM Inc. In each role, Wu distinguished themselves as a specialist in Network and System administration, with deep expertise in the U*ix platform (including BSD, Linux, and Solaris) and an understanding of MIS and ERP systems.

At Kadokawa Taiwan, Wu oversaw the design and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure, including the launch of an online shop and digital platform for manga and anime content. At Artogy Digital Content, they were responsible for developing and refining the company's mobile and web applications. As CTO at NextMedia Interactive, Wu was instrumental in developing the company's digital content platform, which included news and entertainment websites, mobile applications, and an innovative approach to online advertising.
