Bailey Stenson is a dedicated support specialist, coach, and photographer whose expertise lies in empathy, communication, adaptability, leadership, and gregariousness. Bailey graduated from the University of Washington after studying communications, general studies, and business. She built a department based on fundamental values that she holds dear and has excelled in all aspects of life by employing these values. Bailey currently holds several roles at Volt Athletics, Inc. where she is the Lead Support Specialist, Photographer, and Softball Coach.

Bailey has also worked at Arctic Storm Management Group as a Human Resources Assistant and at King County, WA as a Legislative Aide. She has also served as a coach at Hitting Coach and as an Educator at Lululemon Athletica. Additionally, Bailey has worked as a Barista at Greenlake Boat Rentals, waited tables and manned refreshment stands at Oki Golf, and even had a brief stint as a blogger at Breakin It Down With Bailey.

Through all of these experiences, Bailey has gained a wealth of knowledge in a variety of industries, making her an incredibly adaptable and versatile professional. Her skills and interests include coaching, photography, human resources, communication, leadership, time-management, and blogging, among others.
