Crystal Stanfield

Crystal Stanfield is the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Cboe Global Markets, a position she has held since December 2021.1 With 23 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, she has a reputation for scaling organizations.1 Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Planning at MITRE from September 2019 to December 2021.1
