Crystal McNeal

Crystal McNeal is a senior leader in Global Corporate Communications at MGM Resorts International, where she has worked since January 2017.1 She has over 25 years of experience in communications and currently serves as the Executive Director of Internal Brand and Social Impact & Sustainability Communications.23

In her role, McNeal ensures that MGM Resorts' 80,000 employees are informed and engaged.1 She is responsible for internal brand and creative content, as well as communications related to social impact and sustainability initiatives.23

Prior to joining MGM Resorts, McNeal worked as Senior Manager of Internal Events and Communications at Gaylord Opryland Resort, a Marriott International property in Nashville, Tennessee.1 She spent most of her career in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she managed communications for various organizations including Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, Versiti Blood Center of Wisconsin, the City of Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, and the YWCA of Southeast Wisconsin.1

McNeal is accredited in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism.1 She also spent five years as a Lecturer in the College of Communications at her alma mater, Marquette University.1
