In her current role as Assistant Director, Outreach and Recruitment at SEO Law, Crystal is involved in overseeing programs like the SEO Law Fellowship and SEO Law Catalyst, aimed at supporting aspiring law students from underrepresented backgrounds to thrive and succeed.

Her work involves creating educational opportunities that enhance student learning, promote diversity in talent, and enable individuals to realize their full potential, thereby making a significant impact on local communities and ecosystems.

Crystal excels in building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, from LinkedIn connections to various educational and corporate partners, showcasing her strong networking abilities.
