Crystal Chang

Crystal Chang holds a master's in Global Governance and Diplomacy from Oxford University and a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and French Literature from Rutgers University with a GPA of 4.0. Her passion for developing excellent products has led her to become an expert full-stack Ruby on Rails developer, specializing in front-end JavaScript and occasional forays into Clojure development. With a deep appreciation for clean, well-written code, Crystal is always eager to learn new technical skills to add to her repertoire.

Her professional experience in the startup world includes roles as a Software Engineer at Flatiron School, RedOwl Analytics, Homepolish, and Catchpool. She has also served as an Operations Associate at Birchbox and has volunteered as a fundraiser for Time's Up environmental organization. As a result of her experiences, Crystal has gained an exceptional ability to iterate well-designed products.

Crystal's passion for technology extends beyond her professional endeavors; she is a former intern at Seth Godin and a former student of the Flatiron School. She has also worked as a consultant/generalist at Runway Passport, where she helps startups establish a strong business foundation.
