Current business managed - PSF (Pepsi Food Service). Responsible for communicating
with clients with the goal of growing the current business and delivering on KPI’s
associated with client’s brands at a local and a national level. 

Gatekeeper of client briefs for marketing activations and responsible for ground up conceptual thinking and in-market executions. Leader of the account and creative teams within the agency (10+ people) to manage SOW and team performance. Collaborated with multiple ATL Agencies along with client departments and cross functional teams to develop campaigns for Pepsico brands. 

Day to day activities include: Branding, development of GTM Strategies, Ecommerce, Content Production/ Film, Email Marketing, Programmatic Digital Media and POP. Aided in fee negotiations and forecasts in collaboration with finance.
