Cristina Hancock, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced HR and Equity and Inclusion leader, trainer, facilitator, and advocate with over a decade of expertise in various sectors. She excels in collaborating with organizations and individuals to innovate and enhance work environments, emphasizing on building, expanding, transforming, and safeguarding inclusive and equitable spaces. Cristina possesses a profound understanding and dedication to implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) best practices, ensuring an equitable approach across all her endeavors. Prior to her consulting roles, Cristina honed her skills in non-profits, notably as the Director of People Operations at GreenLight Fund, where she initiated and developed the HR function. Her extensive experience includes serving as a DEIB facilitator and trainer for diverse organizations. Cristina holds a BA in Sociology from Boston College and a SHRM-SCP certificate.
