Cristián Dufeu is an experienced General Manager with a strong Commercial background, having worked in Sales and Marketing positions in consumer goods and consumer health companies such as Novartis Consumer Health and Mars Incorporated.

He possesses extensive experience in the Latam Markets and has managed the Italy, Greece, and Israel unit directly, overseeing more than 200 associates and a business turnover exceeding €300 million for GSK Consumer Healthcare.

Cristián specializes in General Management, leadership, People and team development, creation of high-performance teams, and has a solid Commercial background in consumer goods and consumer health industries. He upholds high standards in ethics and compliance.

A Chilean/French professional, Cristián Dufeu is a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English and Italian. Currently based in Italy and Spain, he has experience working in Milano, Barcelona, and Madrid.

He studied Licensed Industrial Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and also studied at SSCC Viña del Mar.

Cristián has held significant roles in various organizations including General Manager roles at HRA Pharma, Vice President, and General Manager positions at GSK, and General Manager positions at Novartis Consumer Health. Additionally, he has experience as an Independent Consultant.
