Cristhian Aldayuz is a professional with a diverse background as an MBA graduate from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and a Commercial Engineer from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa Maria. With over 15 years of experience in commercial management, team leadership, project development and management, and strategic business consulting, he has been actively involved in mentoring and guiding over 100 projects. Cristhian serves as a business mentor at Fundación para el Conocimiento Madri+D and has expertise in developing entrepreneurship ecosystems and fostering innovation in Latin America through his association with PRODEM+BID. He has also been a pivotal figure as a manager at the Incubadora de Negocios Chrysalis of the PUCV, where he contributes to nurturing new ventures.
