In this role I helped steer significant improvements in strategy development and execution across the organization--pushing for greater integration in a highly diverse and matrixed environment.  Also drove enhancements to AARP's future-forward-looking abilities, evaluating emerging trends and their implications across all aspects of the organization.

VP, Corporate Strategy

As Sr. Vice President of Enterprise Strategy and IV&S Group Operations I was responsible for leading annual strategic planning across AARP.  Also responsible for day-to-day operations (budget, HR, etc.) of the  Integrated Value and Strategy Group (150+ people, $300+ million budget).

SVP, IVS Group Operations & Enterprise Strategy

At AARP Services, Inc. I was responsible for leading branding and the integrated marketing function to support the breadth of over 100 products and services that AARP offers its members.  I also led data collection and analysis as well as all member research in support of AARP's product offering, including partnership marketing and new business/product development initiatives.

Vice President, Marketing

Starting as a database developer and culminating my experience at this direct and database marketing agency as VP Client Services I led database design and development, research, modeling and segmentation initiatives on behalf of key clients.  I worked with clients such as Sprint, Guinness, Saab, Citibank, Liberty Mutual, the NFL and others to improve their customer acquisition, retention and sales effectiveness efforts.
