Jack Mullen is the Founder & Managing Director of Summer Street Advisors, LLC, where he leverages his extensive expertise in the CRE industry to oversee multi-million and multi-billion dollar projects in the US and globally.

Before establishing SSA in 2010, Mr. Mullen held executive roles at GE Capital RE's Global Valuation Team, managing due diligence, valuation, and underwriting teams for CRE investments totaling $10 billion. He also served as VP at Turing Capital and contributed to risk and transaction management for real estate lending.

Mr. Mullen's insights on critical CRE industry topics are regularly featured in prominent publications like GlobeSt.com, CREFC Finance World, CMA, and PERE, showcasing his thought leadership.

A sought-after speaker, Jack Mullen presents at industry events and lectures at esteemed educational institutions such as NYU, Fordham University, and Baruch College, sharing his in-depth industry knowledge.

As a former President of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut and a member of prestigious organizations like CREFC and CRE, Jack Mullen remains actively involved in shaping the CRE landscape.

With a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Mr. Mullen brings a high level of proficiency to his roles. He completed his MBA at Fordham University and holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Salve Regina University, highlighting his strong educational background.
