Cray Carlson is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in investment real estate brokerage, focusing on multi-housing investment opportunities in the Inland Empire region.

He exclusively represents sellers and buyers, catering to a diverse clientele including individuals, developers, corporations, financial institutions, and both domestic and international investors.

Throughout his career, Cray has honed his skills in developing strategic marketing plans to ensure clients achieve the highest price in the market by leveraging the exclusive CBRE system for broad exposure and connecting with the right buyers and sellers.

Having started his commercial real estate journey at Marcus & Millichap in 1990, Cray consistently ranked as one of the top producers at the company, receiving accolades such as being a 'top 20' broker firm-wide and winning the National Achievement Award 10 times.

His exceptional performance led him to be recruited by CBRE to establish the multifamily Capital Markets group for the Inland Empire, where he continues to drive the growth of CBRE's market share in multi-residential properties.

Cray Carlson studied at Brigham Young University and currently serves as a Senior Vice President at CBRE, having previously held the same position at Marcus & Millichap.
