Craig Wirkus is an innovation expert and strategic leader who has worked with several large corporations in building innovation programs to establish growth boards and manage portfolios of strategically oriented new business models. Wirkus' whole systems approach to innovation helps corporations leverage their strengths while using best practices from venture capital, accelerators, and startups. He has 11 years of experience in developing frameworks, assets, and processes to help companies in identifying and iteratively developing new business models. Wirkus has worked with over 1000 employees and 13 cohorts of 130+ incubation teams that have produced hundreds of launched new business models generating over $500M in revenue. Wirkus holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BA in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
