Craig Wallace is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in the food and flavor industry.

He holds an Executive MBA and MBA with distinction from Rider University, where he was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology from Western Sydney University.

Currently, Craig serves as the Senior Director of Post-Merger Integration & Partnerships at Firmenich, a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry.

His previous roles at Firmenich include Senior Director of Global Integrated Business Planning & Data Management, Senior Director of Supply Chain Project and Planning Excellence, Director of Global Flavor Supply Chain Project Management Office, and Director of North America Flavor Industrialisation.

Craig also has experience as a SAP Project Director, Manager of Process Industrialisation in Europe, Business Development Manager for Savory products, Technical Manager for Cheese Flavor Systems, and Commercial Manager for Savory products in the Australia and New Zealand region.

His diverse roles have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management, project planning, flavor systems, and business development.
