Craig van Vliet, a Hunter Institute of Technology alumnus with a background in Mechanical Engineering, is the Founder and Managing Director of Koparo. Koparo is revolutionizing the way golf is taught by capturing thousands of golf swings into a central database and providing the tools for professionals to walk students along their path to success. Their IoT design allows for professionals to see a student's progress between lessons, which in turn leads to an increase in lesson retention.

Craig came up with the idea for Koparo after finding himself training for golf without any milestones or even a path to follow. The overwhelming positive response from users during testing only further solidified his decision to create a full IoT design. Although suitable for all sports, Koparo's initial focus is on golf.
