Craig Santos

Craig Santos is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the footwear industry, currently serving as the Vice President at DESCENTE KOREA. In this role, Craig spearheads the development, execution, and enhancement of footwear innovation strategies for a prominent global sportswear brand.

His strong track record includes delivering cutting-edge and disruptive product solutions that cater to the diverse needs of customers and markets. Craig is dedicated to driving value and impact through a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

An alumnus of Duke University, Craig Santos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Biomedical Engineering. He has also received his education at Brother Rice High School.

Prior to his current position, Craig has held various key roles, including Director of Footwear Innovation at Under Armour, Managing Member at Bourree I & II, LLC and Appassionato, LLC, Chief Managing Member at Crescendo Enterprises, LLC, and several leadership positions at Nike such as Senior Product Developer, Innovation Director, and Advanced Product Development Manager.
