Craig Peus is a seasoned business executive with a diverse background in corporate finance, spanning areas like Institutional Private Placement, M&A advisory, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

He possesses industry experience across sectors such as health care, consumer products & services, manufacturing, and media & telecommunications.

Craig has held prominent roles including President and CEO of Tree3 Inc., CFO of Getka Energy, President & CEO of Gravity Midstream in the Energy sector, and President and COO of Vedanta USA LLC in consumer products.

His entrepreneurial ventures include founding Astera Care LLC in the Home Health industry and co-founding Blossom Street Capital, a financial advisory services firm.

Craig Peus has a solid foundation gained during his time as a financial analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc (now Citigroup), and he has also served as a Principal/FINOP at MTS Health Partners, L.P. and Managing Member of KPS Kapital LLC.

Educationally, Craig pursued a BS degree in Biological Sciences at Stanford University.
