Craig A. Petersen is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who specializes in corporate real estate services for office and R&D clients in Silicon Valley and the Peninsula region.124 He joined Kidder Mathews as Vice President in November 2009.2

With over 23 years of experience in the industry, Petersen began his career in commercial real estate in 1993 at NAI BT Commercial's Palo Alto office.1 He has successfully represented companies ranging from first-round startups to Fortune 500 corporations.1

Petersen focuses on process management that encompasses all aspects of the relocation process, including his client's dealings with outside vendors such as contractors, facilities managers, furniture vendors, attorneys, architects, and phone, data and security vendors.1 By organizing a cohesive team, he is able to streamline the process and save his clients time and money.1
