Craig Owens is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate professional who has made his mark in the industry over the past decade. As a Qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), Craig has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry, including Emira Property Fund and Delta Property Fund, where he held the positions of Acquisition and Disposal Manager and Senior Asset Manager, respectively.

Craig has extensive experience in sourcing, analyzing, and negotiating acquisitions and disposals in the South African-based portfolio. He is also responsible for transaction analysis and motivations at Emira level for United States-based investments, as well as US portfolio analysis and reporting. Before joining Delta Property Fund, Craig worked as a Financial Analyst and Financial Manager at Pivotman (Pty) Ltd, and was the Asset Managers of The Pivotal Fund Ltd, a previously-listed property fund acquired by Redefine Properties.

Craig holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy from Rhodes University. He also holds an IEB Senior Certificate from St Stithians College. He began his career at Ernst & Young in South Africa and later joined Ernst & Young LLP in the United States, where he held the positions of Audit Supervisor and Audit Senior.
