Craig Layton
Craig Layton is an IT Project Manager for FCMS and PDS Medical, operating across the UK. He is currently focusing on integrating remote telephony platforms for services in the North West, enabling NHS 111, Dental, and other services to function more efficiently and remotely.
Craig's recent project involves integrating DOCABODE and SESUI platforms across Out of Hours and Special Allocation Services, creating an 'on-demand' style platform for sending work directly to clinicians for remote resolution.
His previous work includes the integration of patient sharing systems, system upgrades to Windows 10 and Office 365, remote telephone services for Dental Call Handling, and designing Hospice at Home End-of-Life services on the Fylde Coast.
Craig has received additional training in project management, information governance, ASIST, PREVENT, and is a National Dignity Council's Dignity Champion for FCMS and PDS Medical.
Education-wise, Craig studied Bachelor of Arts (BA) in music industry management at Buckinghamshire New University, and later pursued a BA (Hons) in Management with a focus on Music Industry Management.
He has held various positions within FCMS and PDS Medical, including Information Management, Technology & Digital Facilitator, Information Management and Technology Lead, Care Coordination Reporting and Statistics, and Information Governance Specialist.
