Dr. Craig James is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of industrial engineering, psychology, quality management, and human resources. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial Engineering and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dr. James has held various key roles at Allstate Insurance Company, including his current position as Senior Quality Manager, where he oversees quality assurance processes and strategies.
