Craig H. Misrach is the President and Chief Executive Officer of UpLyft™, a company focused on innovative mobility solutions. He joined UpLyft in 2018, where he has been instrumental in launching and commercializing the company's products, notably the world's first seated self-transfer system designed for individuals with limited mobility.1 2

Professional Background

Before his tenure at UpLyft, Misrach founded and served as the Chairman and CEO of Freedom Meditech, a medical device company specializing in diabetes management, from 2006 to 2014. Under his leadership, Freedom Meditech achieved FDA clearance and successfully marketed its products globally, culminating in a sale to Sinocare, LTD in 2016.1 2 Following this, he worked as an investment advisor at AB Bernstein from 2016 to 2018, where he provided wealth management strategies for corporate executives and business owners.1 2

Education and Credentials

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University and an MBA in General Management from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in California.1 2

Additional Roles

In addition to his role at UpLyft, Misrach is the Founder and Managing Director of Poppy Capital, a private equity acquisition fund. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Aculief, a consumer medical products company, and is involved with the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego, which manages a significant philanthropic endowment.1 2
