Cr Wooters is currently the Head of Federal Affairs at Uber, where he leverages his extensive knowledge of the political landscape to advocate for the company's interests at the federal level. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Federal Public Affairs at Uber, Partner at FIO360, Deputy Director at TECHNOLOGY CEO COUNCIL INC, among others.

Before his current role, Cr Wooters served as Chief of Staff to Rep. Chris Van Hollen at the U.S. House of Representatives and as Director of Incumbent Retention at Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. He has also held several positions at Democratic National Committee and Gore 2000 Campaign.
