Cpcc Kaylin Aarts

Kaylin Aarts is a strategic and detail-oriented business professional with extensive project management and operations experience. She is a certified CTI coach and passionate about team building and organizational development. Kaylin obtained her BFA in Theatre from the University of Michigan and studied Musical Theatre at the Professional Performing Arts School.

Kaylin has held various roles in her professional career, including Org and Culture Strategist at co: collective, OD Coaching & Program Management at Birch Cove, Change Player at Change Players, Director of Organizational Change at NOBL Collective, and Project Director at Chobani. She's also worked in the areas of creativity and healthcare as Senior Creative Project Manager and Project Manager at Chobani, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at Grey Healthcare Group, respectively. Kaylin is excellent in providing critical support to executive leadership by maximizing efficiency and promoting best practices.

Kaylin is currently serving as a Leadership Coach (CPCC, ACC) & OD Consultant at her independent company, Kaylinaarts.com. Additionally, she worked as a Graduate Fellow at Education Pioneers and Senior Project Manager at New Classrooms. Her strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills make her capable of both thriving in a team environment and handling individual roles and challenges.
