    Previously, Cox has held positions at various organizations including roles as an Innovations Associate, Research Associate, and Research Analyst at Laterite, and as an Economist/Researcher at Economisch Instituut voor de Bouw. Cox's diverse experience and expertise make them a valuable asset in the field of research and development economics.
