Covadonga Lanciego

Covadonga Lanciego is a dedicated student currently pursuing dual degrees in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and Data Science and Business Analytics.

With a keen interest in the intersection of new technologies in health, environmental sustainability, life sciences, data analysis, business development, entrepreneurship, and languages, Covadonga's academic pursuits reflect a diverse range of passions.

Having lived in various culturally rich countries like Spain, China, USA, Switzerland, and the UK, Covadonga values the importance of globalization and individuality.

Her experiences have provided her with a profound appreciation for how conceptual advancements are shaping our world today.

Through internships spanning different sectors, Covadonga not only gained insights into various strategies employed by these industries but also recognized the interconnectedness of our world.

Covadonga Lanciego holds a BSc (Hons) Joint Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Dundee, a BSc (Hons) in Data Science and Business Analytics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and another BSc (Hons) Joint Degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the National University of Singapore.

Additionally, she completed a Bilingual International Baccalaureate Diploma at Western Academy of Beijing and a BSc in Management and Technology at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

Within various organizations, Covadonga has held roles such as Career Analyst Team Lead at University of Dundee School of Life Sciences, External Outreach Associate at StemSide, Module Representative at University of Dundee School of Life Sciences, and Honorary Member at StemSide.

Her previous experiences include being a Research Intern at CIMA-Centro de Investigación Médica Aplicada, Functional Consultant at Bestiario_, Intern at BTSA, Data Analyst in the Experience Program at KPMG, Research Intern at Meituan, and Human Resources Intern at Istituto Europeo di Design.
