Courtney Wheeler is a highly qualified individual with a strong background in psychology and education.
She obtained her Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology from the University of Oregon, her Master of Science in Psychology from Rochester Institute of Technology, and her Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
