Courtney Sutherland is a highly motivated individual with a passion for learning and a track record of academic and professional achievement. After graduating from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management with a degree in International Business, Marketing, and French, Sutherland went on to work for several high-profile organizations, including Ipsos in North America and Nielsen. Her experience spans the areas of market research, community engagement, and merchandising, among others. A lover of entrepreneurship and international work, Sutherland has studied consumer neuroscience and neuromarketing at Copenhagen Business School.

Some of her most notable accomplishments include serving as a Senior Account Manager for Ipsos, where she managed accounts for companies such as Newell Brands and Under Armour. Additionally, Sutherland has been a board member for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities and an Advisory Committee member for the University YMCA.
