Courtney Oliver

Courtney Oliver is a highly experienced Human Resources Partner with over 15 years of experience in growing individuals, groups, and organizations. With a solid understanding of business needs and goals, she is a strategic business partner with effective communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills that allow for organizational effectiveness. Oliver has served different roles in various organizations, including being a former Vice President of Human Resources at ViacomCBS, and as an Advisor at Travel Noire. She has a strong background in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Professional Development, Contract Negotiation, and Coaching at all levels.

Oliver studied BS, English Communications at Lincoln University and is also a Founding Member at nFormation, a former member at namic, and a former Board Member at Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc. She has also participated in programs at the Half The Sky Leadership Institute, WICT RISING LEADER PROGRAM, and WICT RISING LEADERS. Additionally, she served as the Former Director of Human Resources at Nickelodeon and as a Director at MTV Networks.
