Courtney Lebedzinski
Courtney Lebedzinski is a healthy housing strategist with a background in biology, management, chemistry, and entrepreneurship from the University of North Texas. Her interest in the built environment and its impact on human health has led her to prioritize water quality, indoor air quality (IAQ), lead and other heavy metals, mold and moisture, toxic finishes and furnishings, nearby pollution sources, pests, health-disrupting cleaning products, safety and maintenance issues, poor lighting design, and social isolation in her approach to creating homes that support people's health goals. She hopes to use her experience in real estate investing and syndication to develop health-centered housing projects and partner with organizations such as LEED, WELL Building, commercial real estate developers, luxury and boutique hotels, holistic health event planners, and affordable housing experts.
