Founder at REMAP Therapeutics
Court Wing is a prominent figure in the fitness industry, known for being one of the original Co-Founders of CrossFit NYC, the world's largest affiliate, and New York's oldest & largest.
With over 20 years of experience in training clients in fitness and martial arts, he played a crucial role in establishing CrossFit in New York and on the East Coast.
Having started his CrossFit journey with CrossFit North in Seattle, the world's first CrossFit affiliate, Court Wing earned his CrossFit Level 1 trainer certificate in July '04, making him the NYC Metro area's first CFL1.
He ventured into establishing 'The Black Box' and conducting workouts in Central Park, further solidifying his presence in the fitness community.
Before delving into CrossFit, he excelled in the martial arts arena, achieving a San-Dan (3rd degree black belt) in Ki-Aikido and winning the Gold Medal in the Overall International Competitors Division at the International Taigi Competition in Toichigi, Japan.
Court Wing's academic background includes studying acting at Roosevelt High School and graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Acting from Purchase College, SUNY.
Beyond his fitness pursuits, he founded REMAP Therapeutics and previously held roles as a Gym Owner, Co-Founder, and Personal Trainer at CrossFit NYC.
