Meet Count van der Brooks, the American artist, entrepreneur, and heir who has made a name for himself in both the private and philanthropy sectors. Born and raised in Chicago, van der Brooks attended several prestigious private school institutions before studying social and political sciences, economics and psychology at Yale, Harvard, Sorbonne Université, Columbia, Georgetown and other universities.

With over a decade of experience as a contractor for major companies such as GILT, Infiniti, Samsung, Facebook, Microsoft, and Instagram, van der Brooks founded OVERSIGHT, a business geared towards helping influential startups, corporations, and non-profit organizations with corporate intelligence, social awareness, and marketing solutions.

Aside from his work with OVERSIGHT, van der Brooks has a keen interest in gourmet cuisine and fine art, dabbling in watercolor and acrylic painting and citing several renowned artists as inspiration. He is a certified international law and legal studies specialist, holds several certifications in social psychology and business/corporate communications, and has an extensive background in corporate and political strategy, foreign policy, crisis management, and behavioral psychology.

In recent years, van der Brooks has founded several charitable organizations, including Clean Water Initiative and The Fund for American Renewal.
