Cosmina Popa

Cosmina Popa is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurship, believing it to be a path towards personal freedom and empowerment. With over 10 years of experience, she has worked with entrepreneurs globally, running startup accelerator programs across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Her expertise lies in building mentor and investor networks, developing curricula, and guiding founders in purpose identification, fundraising, and business scaling.

Aside from her dedication to entrepreneurship, Cosmina is also deeply interested in Product Management & Leadership. She recognizes the transformative power of great products in improving lives while being mindful of environmental sustainability.

As a co-founder of Conscious Venture Lab, an acclaimed startup accelerator focusing on nurturing conscious entrepreneurs, Cosmina has invested in over 50 groundbreaking startups. Among the successful ventures nurtured by the lab is Hungry Harvest, a sustainable produce delivery service that raised $14 million to combat food waste and hunger.

Previously, she served as the CEO of Rainmaker Foundation, a London-based charity accelerator, where she spearheaded initiatives that supported 20 non-profits in expanding their reach and impact. Cosmina has also co-authored a book titled 'How to Be a Leader' published by Pan Macmillan and The School of Life.

Education wise, Cosmina Popa holds various degrees including Product Management from General Assembly London, Prince2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner certification, an MSc in Environment and International Development from King's College London, and a BA in Liberal Arts from St John's College, Maryland.
