Cory Littlepage, CEO of Tribal Diagnostics

Cory Littlepage is the founder and CEO of Tribal Diagnostics, a Native American-owned medical diagnostics laboratory based in Oklahoma City.13 As an enrolled member of the Chickasaw Nation, Littlepage saw a need for diagnostic testing services in Indian Country and started the company in 2015.13

Littlepage has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including roles at Pfizer and in private equity.3 He is passionate about improving health outcomes for Native Americans, who experience disproportionately poor physical health conditions compared to other Americans.1

Under Littlepage's leadership, Tribal Diagnostics has grown rapidly in its first two years, expanding geographically and adding hundreds of additional laboratory tests.2 The company has signed up 120 clinics, 300 providers, and eight tribes, and has national contracts with major insurance carriers like UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, and Medicare.2

Littlepage has been recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements, receiving the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development's prestigious '40 Under 40' award in 2016.14 Tribal Diagnostics was also named the 2016 'Minority Start-Up of the Year' by REI Oklahoma's Native American Business Centers.14

In June 2024, Littlepage announced that Tribal Diagnostics is embarking on a transformative journey with the buildout of a new state-of-the-art laboratory.5 The company recently received a $3.2 million investment from Raven Indigenous Capital Partners to help expand into new markets and hire additional staff.3
