Corky Collier is the Executive Director of the Columbia Corridor Association, a position he has held since 2004. His background combines extensive experience in business, environmental issues, and political advocacy. Under his leadership, the association addresses various challenges related to the economic development of Oregon's largest economic corridor, focusing on transportation, land use, and natural resources management.12
Collier has been instrumental in establishing and managing two significant business education programs: ResourceFull Use and the Groundwater Protection Program. His career began with co-owning a whitewater outfitting company in Northern California from 1987 to 1998, where he advocated for the integration of business interests with environmental concerns. He holds degrees in Biology and Geography from the University of Texas and is actively involved in several organizations, including the Portland Freight Committee and the Columbia Slough Watershed Council.
