Founder of Empathy in Action
Corinna Espino is a macro-level social worker dedicated to promoting equity, youth engagement, and the integration of trauma-informed practices. With a strong background in child development, culturally responsive teaching, and organizational practices, her expertise spans various areas including conflict resolution, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, interpersonal skill building, and policy advocacy. As the Founder & Principal Consultant at Empathy in Action, and the former Director of Student Support Services at East Bay Center for the Performing Arts, Corinna has made significant contributions to the field of social work. She is also actively involved in supervising MSW field students in California.
