Cori Stott

Cori Stott is a seasoned organizational leader with over 15 years of experience in mission-driven organizations and public school districts. She specializes in supporting strategic growth, sustainable process development, and operational effectiveness that drives meaningful impact. Stott is passionate about designing, building, and implementing long-term strategies that create lasting change, and she thrives in cross-functional roles that value diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.

Throughout her career, Stott has led numerous successful initiatives, including the development of a comprehensive five-year strategic plan that propelled a small education non-profit through start-up and into the growth phase. She also founded an organizational effectiveness department that focused on data-driven approaches to programmatic improvement, and designed streamlined and efficient data governance and regulatory reporting systems that saved a school district millions of dollars.
