Cooper Baker

Cooper Baker is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with a decade of experience in underwriting assets and managing projects. Baker's experience includes underwriting several billion worth of assets among all commercial property types and multi-family projects, facilitating the acquisition and refinance process for both entry level and seasoned investors, and successfully overseeing the financing process from due diligence to closing.

Baker studied MBA, Real Estate at Florida State University and Bachelor's of Science, Finance and Management at the University of South Carolina. He has worked for several notable organizations, including Greystone, Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, CBRE, and HK Meridian, Inc. At Greystone, Baker serves as Managing Director / Deputy Chief Underwriter, formerly Agency Underwriter where he was responsible for managing complex projects with tight deadlines. His role also involved facilitating the acquisition and refinance processes for both entry level and seasoned investors.

At Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, Baker worked as an Agency Underwriter and Assistant Vice President/Sr. Real Estate Analyst before moving to CBRE as a Portfolio Analyst and Operations Analyst. He eventually became a Real Estate Analyst at HK Meridian, Inc before returning to Greystone. Baker's real estate experience is a testament to his expertise and highlights his commitment to the industry.
