Connie Chaffins is a highly accomplished Customer Experience and Operations Executive with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and implementing innovative strategies. With an MBA degree from Strayer University and an MA in Communication and Leadership from Gonzaga University, she has achieved notable success and recognition during her tenure at Verizon Wireless. As the Field Operations Director, she supervises six contact centers with a workforce of 3,500 customer service agents distributed across four states. Her expertise in building customer-centric service models has helped establish Verizon Wireless as a leader in the highly competitive telecommunications industry. Connie has held various managerial positions during her career at Verizon, including Customer Service Director and Associate Director of Operations. Prior to joining Verizon, she was a Retail Implementation Manager at Sprint.
