Con McGarry

Con McGarry is an experienced consultant with a background in biomedical science and operations management. After obtaining his BSc from the University of Westminster, he went on to study for an MBA at Alliance Manchester Business School. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in different industries, demonstrating his adaptability and versatility.

Before joining 1180 Management as a consultant, Con held various positions at Green Tomato Cars and Viapath, where he contributed to the development of performance improvement strategies and managed product development operations. Additionally, he worked in the NHS as a biomedical scientist and medical laboratory assistant.

Con's diverse expertise encompasses operations management, performance improvement, product development, and biomedical science. He has successfully managed cross-functional teams and enhanced performance in complex business settings.
